“All that you are attached to, all that you love,
All that you know, someday will be gone.

Knowing this, and that the world is your mind
Which you create, play in, and suffer from,

Is known as discrimination.

Discriminate between the Real and the Unreal,
The known is unreal and will come and go
So stay with the Unknown, the Unchanging, the Truth.” ~ Papaji

“Attachment is the food for the mind to continue. Non-attached witnessing is the way to stop it without any effort to stop it. And when you start enjoying those blissful moments, your capacity to retain them for longer periods arises. ” ~Osho

Detachment brings deeper fulfillment than attachment to anything: a job, beautiful house, or a relationship. Attachment can be recognized with answering the question: Are you afraid to lose it? Whatever cannot be lost without fear and distress is a kind of identification that includes the sensation of the separate “I”. This “I”, that is of from the ego, desires to stay attached to things, events and circumstances and tries to find the fulfillment from there. Yet there is always the sense of fear or conflict rather than peace and harmony.

“All duality is a mind creation, all duality is created by the clinging and attached mind. When there is no attachment there is no duality.” Osho

I was gifted with a message from my Higher Self during meditation to see deeper in the art of detachment – to really observe the fact that what kind of attachments I have chosen to create in my life and to see clearly that attachment is a bondage, an identification. And I have learned that the energy of attachment can be released and transmuted into love and joy. There is a tremendous relief, freedom and then life can again flow where it was stucked before. I recognized that this process is catalyzed by awareness and deep energy clearings from all levels of our awareness. In the personal coaching sessions we can work on these elements; bringing conscious awareness into the issue or challenge and then transmuting the identifications, releasing the energy to create more life flow, space and love. The response from this is that we can just see and expereince that that challenge related to this bondage or identification simply is not “there” anymore, the mind is quiet about it, let’s us in peace from it and from the emotions related to it. In my experience, just seeing the attachment and facing it it may start to drop…or not. In the energy healing service I have seen in myself and others that just sitting with the challenge, accepting in awareness or in a meditation releases our mind bondage, yet usually only temporarily. Yet when the opportunity arises in life, a situation where the same energy is trickered, we can see that the same bondage is back on active. And this is because we have not transmuted the identifications from deep energy levels, so the blockage is still there like a gray cloud that waits to be given some food to rise and start the thunder storm within. Usually there are some layers of these in our energy level and subconscious minds, and thus the most intense  patterns/beliefs and identifications may require more than one healing session.

Yet every time, to let go of attachments and identifications means to be able to genuinely and deeply enjoy the whole life and its beauty. And in order to do this, what is required is to let go of this “I” and ego connected to that particular identification and find again the connection to the Higher Self, to the heart, where is the true safety, arriving to home, true fulfillment and the feeling of love and being loved deeply. From this place nothing can be added or lost that would create more or less into our being, into that what is. And in my experience, the most efficient way to do this, when a challenge is activated is:

conscious awareness + acceptance + energy clearings from all levels = freedom + love + peace.

“This is the whole secret of non-attachment: live in the world, but don’t be of the world. Love people, but don’t create attachments. Reflect people, reflect the beauties of the world — and there are so many. But don’t cling. The clinging mind loses its mirrorhood. And mirrorhood is Buddhahood. To keep that quality of mirroring continuously fresh is to remain young, is to remain pure, is to remain innocent. Know, but don’t create knowledge. Love, but don’t create desire. Live, live beautifully, live utterly, abandon yourself in the moment. But don’t look back. This is the art of non-attachment.” Osho

The childlike awe and miraculous life

We all have experienced the sense of wonderment when something unexpected happened and we experienced a sense of joy, surprise and gratitude. Yet, as we continue to evolve in our paths, the natural childlike awe and wonder becomes more of our everyday experience. Then everything is becoming new, beautiful and full of life and colors which is a place where nothing is taken for granted and everything feels like a gratitude filled moment.

The most beautifully we can experience this in the nature. In contact with the nature we can feel and connect to that energy of Mother Earth and allow easily our whole being to be in sense of awe and wonder in the face of the beauty of the nature. Just watching a flower can be a great meditation and open our heart into the miraculous nature of the world.

Miracles can be everywhere if we just open our hearts and minds to them and do not take things for granted. This is possible when we allow our expectations, roles and agendas to drop and see the word with the eyes of the childlike awe. Then everything becomes filled with magic and freshness and it is not possible to experience boredom. Then we can feel more alive and everything seems miraculous. The ability to feel wonder is a spiritual experience that can reveal more of ourselves and inner knowing. It is opening our minds to more and allows us live life more.

“Miracles in the sense of phenomena we cannot explain surround us on every hand: life itself is the miracle of miracles” George Bernard Shaw

Have a miraculous day in awe~

To sing or not to sing?

Just taking a silent walk

in the fresh morning air of autumn nature,

we can observe a full celebration of life!

A celebration of fresh newborn day of light!

So many sacred sounds of nature,

flow of creation.

Birds singing

opening up the new life in joy,

acknowledging their participation

in the great miraculous gift of life,

spontaneously celebrating with the opening of the new days’ light.

We, human beings

we have a choice,

to sing or not to sing?

To celebrate or not to celebrate?

To see the gift of life and live the life of great mystics,

of miraculous wonderment

of bliss, of ecstasy

or to take life as granted

and dead?

To sing or not to sing?

Oh, I say sing, sing, sing,

the melodies of your heart

the rhythms of your soul.

And live like the now

is the eternal flow of love.

Our thoughts are so powerful

“As he thinks, so he is; as he continues to think, so he remains.”
― James Allen, As a Man Thinketh

Thoughts are not just something happening in our minds, they are real and powerful tools for creation. Fearful thoughts in our minds can lead emotions and actions of fear and loving and kind thoughts can lead to more harmony in words, emotions and actions…And affect the way we build our reality.

“A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.”
― James Allen, As a Man Thinketh
Much of the advertisement is based on fear. We are brainwashed to believe that we need all the possible products or else this and that… And this brainwashing comes from all the media and is present in almost all the places that we spend our days, even in the buss stop and trains that are nowadays filled with advertisement that is fear based. This kind of advertisement is efficient because it triggers our ego mind and we really believe that we need all the variety of stuff that human ego mind has ever came up with.

The fearful thoughts basically let us know that the universe is an unpredictable and unfriendly and dangerous place, therefore we must ensure that we are and will be alright. Yet, I choose to believe that we are not made to live in fear but in state of love and joy and bliss, where the mind is our tool and servant for our higher actions and manifestations.

“A man’s mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce their kind.”― James Allen, As a Man Thinketh

I feel that it is time to ventilate our mental garden with meditation, with breathing and letting go of all the fearful thoughts, and to become more aware of that which we create in our thoughts within our mental garden. I believe that we are all co-creators and we are needed each and every one with our own genuine gifts and missions in order to support the ascension of the Mother Earth and all beings into new age and new step of the evolution.

May we all filled with courage to step up and move forward in our true gifts and light, may we be blessed with the thoughts that nurture our soul and our loved ones and all our higher manifestations that walk in line with the Divine will.

Sacred life welcomes celebration of each moment.  Life welcomes to honor and to wonder and to feel the miraculous nature of life on Earth. What can block this awesome experience and enjoyment,  our natural childlike exuberance, I feel, is the narrowed three-dimensional world view and history of it. And in this rational only based life, the life appears solid and lonely for many.

Yet it this true? Well, as we know from metaphysics, everything is connected. And our heart knows that we are part of mysterious, part of creation and all that is. Our heart knows that so much more exists than what appears in physical senses, our heart recognizes the miraculous flow of life, beauty of the moment, of nature and sacred life. The mind is used to rationalize and under-stand reality through physical senses and thinking. Yet the Source of deeper knowing, connection to Being and celebration of life comes from else where, from the Source of life.

May us celebrate,

Oh, may all of us find the openings of our hearts

to embrace the now

to open our eyes to see,

to open our true sacred celebration of love

of oneness that we all are.

May we walk together as sisters and brothers

kindly lighting the path of the sacred life,

rejoicing and dancing in the blissful openings of our hearts

welcoming that which is beyond the mind

allowing the great light to fire and burn

in the hearts

of the flow of eternal mystery.
