Magic of winter fresh(c)

The whiteness and beauty of winter

has arrived as a gift of Grace.

I play like children

in the snow drifts of whiteness

celebrating the beauty of Light

the beauty of Life dancing

and walking with me

beyond the mind

into the sweet embrace of Beloved.

Why did you wait so long?

Where did you hide?

The beauty of these snowflakes

has brought thy presence of Grace

the dancer of love

into the heart of Beloved

where I look into thy eyes of no I

in eternal dance of joy.

This dance, Beloved

is in the magic of winter fresh

the love for Life into its full.

Nothing real can be stolen

“Truth needs meditative eyes. If you don’t have meditative eyes, then the whole life is just dull dead facts, unrelated to each other, accidental, meaningless, a jumble, just a chance phenomenon. If you see the truth, everything falls into line, everything falls together in a harmony, everything starts having significance.” ~ Osho

I choose to share with you that at the morning of 121212 my purse was stolen by two men at the train. Well, then I noticed that my passport is also not valid anymore. This means that for the moment I have no legal identity in paper. Of course this complicates life here in the 3d yet when I was contemplating on this incident and its significance and message to me I received the following message from the Council of Light Beings:

“Freedom is beyond the mind
resting in the now.
To trust the unknown unfolding
is the true safety
where you rest in the security within.

To love beyond what appears right or wrong for the mind
is the door of stargate
opening to the heart.

To surrender to what is
is the open window of Presence’s Light.

What is an identity written into a plastic form
clothed into false security numbers of Maya?
False Fibonacci on paper…

How easily can be these things lost
how fast no identity to grasp
to hold on…
Look…what holds thy heart now?
Where is the true light of safety?

Look within dear One
and breathe the love, light
trust and courage of truth
in the waves of compassion
to the Divine play of Life.
and see that nothing real can be stolen.
Laugh into the Lila
and see the beauty of the unknown
opening the stargates of ascension light.”

Repressing nothing(c)

I received a message at night from “Council of Light” thus I choose to share it.

Repressing anger, sadness or hurt
is not the way.
Become more watchful…
and anger,
greed and jealousy,
sadness is no more…
only Love is.
Throw not things
into the basement of the unconsciousness,
allow the Divine Light to shower the Golden Light
that sees only Love
beyond ego…
only nurture what you are willing to grow
into the new era of Light.

People ARE afraid to go in,
because in their basement
they meet all these things that one wants to avoid.
Let Divine in…
Repress nothing,
sit in your own chamber of love
not indulging neither repressing,
with Your own eyes with Love
with the Light of acceptance
with awareness.

Create a new habit of love
of watching
and letting the Light in…
beyond the habits of
expression and
is acceptance
and the Light of Divine Surrender.

Meditate into this Light and freedom and bliss
is yours.

Creating joy in the now

“The standard of success in life isn’t the things. It isn’t the money or the stuff. It is absolutely the amount of joy that you feel.”- Abraham

Today is a typical winter day in Finland: -16 degrees C frost, much snow around and whiteness. And I observe that children are having so much fun and joy… and adults… well, most of the adults walk in the street not properly dressed for winter and look like they had just been taken into fridge with their faces down and looking so angry and serious. I choose to share a secret: I almost never feel cold outside and it is very simple why: we have proper winter clothes for this beautiful gift of winter time celebration. How about using those and celebrating the miraculous beauty of winter and snow? I enjoy every snowflake of it!

When things seem too serious, I ask my Self: how can I create even more joy than I am doing already? And then listening in the Intelligent Space and the answer is usually there in a form of non violating, honoring all ONE form that is really in the presence and connection to the Heart and Love.

When observing children playing we can see pure joy and enjoyment. There is no need to prove that they are somebody, neither fear of being this or that or think about what others may think of them (for example when they are properly dressed for outside weather). They are simply playing for fun. I think we can (un)learn so much just observing children and tuning into this beautiful energy of pure JOY.

“Fun isn’t serious, it is not related to the ego. Ego is always serious… So remember, if you are serious, you will always be in turmoil, inner turmoil. A saint is always in play, as if shooting for the fun of it. He is not interested in shooting at a particular target, he is just enjoying himself.” Osho

The seriousness is generally quite “serious” in the society and even with people who meditate and practise yoga or spiritual practises. I suggest, let’s have fun! Let’s celebrate in meditation of the Life!

I resonate what Osho said about meditation:

“Millions of people miss meditation because meditation has taken on a wrong connotation. It looks very serious, looks gloomy, has something of the church in it, looks as if it is only for people who are dead, or almost dead, who are gloomy, serious, have long faces, who have lost festivity, fun, playfulness, celebration. These are the qualities of meditation.
A really meditative person is playful;
life is fun for him,
life is a leela, a play.” Osho

Let us free our inner children, exuberance and play the Life leela in joyful dance!

Much joy and love,

Swami Tavishiananda

“All that you are attached to, all that you love,
All that you know, someday will be gone.

Knowing this, and that the world is your mind
Which you create, play in, and suffer from,

Is known as discrimination.

Discriminate between the Real and the Unreal,
The known is unreal and will come and go
So stay with the Unknown, the Unchanging, the Truth.” ~ Papaji

“Attachment is the food for the mind to continue. Non-attached witnessing is the way to stop it without any effort to stop it. And when you start enjoying those blissful moments, your capacity to retain them for longer periods arises. ” ~Osho

Detachment brings deeper fulfillment than attachment to anything: a job, beautiful house, or a relationship. Attachment can be recognized with answering the question: Are you afraid to lose it? Whatever cannot be lost without fear and distress is a kind of identification that includes the sensation of the separate “I”. This “I”, that is of from the ego, desires to stay attached to things, events and circumstances and tries to find the fulfillment from there. Yet there is always the sense of fear or conflict rather than peace and harmony.

“All duality is a mind creation, all duality is created by the clinging and attached mind. When there is no attachment there is no duality.” Osho

I was gifted with a message from my Higher Self during meditation to see deeper in the art of detachment – to really observe the fact that what kind of attachments I have chosen to create in my life and to see clearly that attachment is a bondage, an identification. And I have learned that the energy of attachment can be released and transmuted into love and joy. There is a tremendous relief, freedom and then life can again flow where it was stucked before. I recognized that this process is catalyzed by awareness and deep energy clearings from all levels of our awareness. In the personal coaching sessions we can work on these elements; bringing conscious awareness into the issue or challenge and then transmuting the identifications, releasing the energy to create more life flow, space and love. The response from this is that we can just see and expereince that that challenge related to this bondage or identification simply is not “there” anymore, the mind is quiet about it, let’s us in peace from it and from the emotions related to it. In my experience, just seeing the attachment and facing it it may start to drop…or not. In the energy healing service I have seen in myself and others that just sitting with the challenge, accepting in awareness or in a meditation releases our mind bondage, yet usually only temporarily. Yet when the opportunity arises in life, a situation where the same energy is trickered, we can see that the same bondage is back on active. And this is because we have not transmuted the identifications from deep energy levels, so the blockage is still there like a gray cloud that waits to be given some food to rise and start the thunder storm within. Usually there are some layers of these in our energy level and subconscious minds, and thus the most intense  patterns/beliefs and identifications may require more than one healing session.

Yet every time, to let go of attachments and identifications means to be able to genuinely and deeply enjoy the whole life and its beauty. And in order to do this, what is required is to let go of this “I” and ego connected to that particular identification and find again the connection to the Higher Self, to the heart, where is the true safety, arriving to home, true fulfillment and the feeling of love and being loved deeply. From this place nothing can be added or lost that would create more or less into our being, into that what is. And in my experience, the most efficient way to do this, when a challenge is activated is:

conscious awareness + acceptance + energy clearings from all levels = freedom + love + peace.

“This is the whole secret of non-attachment: live in the world, but don’t be of the world. Love people, but don’t create attachments. Reflect people, reflect the beauties of the world — and there are so many. But don’t cling. The clinging mind loses its mirrorhood. And mirrorhood is Buddhahood. To keep that quality of mirroring continuously fresh is to remain young, is to remain pure, is to remain innocent. Know, but don’t create knowledge. Love, but don’t create desire. Live, live beautifully, live utterly, abandon yourself in the moment. But don’t look back. This is the art of non-attachment.” Osho
